Our RockStar Administrative Team

Grace Reasner, BS

Intake Coordinator | Administrator
(she/her)

Hello! I’m Grace, the Practice Administrator for Select Counseling.

At Select Counseling, I am the first person who clients talk to when they reach out for support. Reaching out for help can be so difficult and overwhelming when clients feel like they are at their lowest point. I recognize this role as both an honor and a great responsibility that requires gentleness, compassion, and understanding. When clients come to me, they need someone who will not only listen to them, but truly connect with them. In a world where client care is often so rushed and simplified, it is so important to me that I offer the same authenticity, attention, and empathy that I value in others.

In addition, I am also responsible for client and insurance billing, outreach events, social media management, and more! My passion for Select Counseling and our amazing clinicians makes my role as administrator truly meaningful and worthwhile.

Apart from my work, I also love to paint, play guitar, write poetry and songs, and listen to music!

Natalie Willard, BS

Intake Coordinator | Administrator
(she/her)

Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m the Practice Administrator and Social Media Director at Select Counseling.

I graduated from Towson University and received my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Fine Arts, along with a minor in International Studies. I have a wide range of interests, but a personal passion of mine is helping others. Prior to my work as a Care Coordinator, I interned as a Psychology Research Assistant at Towson University and also worked as a grant writer for a local nonprofit. This upcoming year I will be attending graduate school and furthering my education in counseling psychology.

Helping others has always been a deep value of mine and I find that being there for others emotionally can be so fulfilling! Having gone through my own challenges, I would not be where I am today without therapy. I believe therapists have a gift and we are so lucky to have them in this world.

It has been a privilege to help others connect with their future therapists and to help them start the process of healing in their emotional journey.
